Chicken with Coffee

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 coffee cups Torrié espresso coffee
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- azeite qb
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken and bring to a boil.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry in a little olive oil. Sauté gently for about 4 minutes on each side. When it is ready, cover the chicken with the sauce. Serve with white rice and salad.
