Mazagran

Ingredients
- 3 Torrié espresso coffees
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 6 tbsp sugar
- Water
- Ice
- 1 sliced lemon
- Rum (optional)
Preparation
Mix the coffee, lemon juice, sugar and rum. Mix well to dissolve the sugar. Place in a jug and add ice and lemon slices and cover with water. Adjust to taste with more or less coffee and more or less rum.
