Coffee Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 coffee cups of Torrié espresso coffee
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • ½ cup muscavado sugar
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend with a hand blender or in a food processor.

Serve with spare ribs, roast chicken or other grilled meat.
